Clinical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients through tele-therapy.

• Assist clients in overcoming mental health obstacles, developing healthier relationships, and enhancing their overall well-being.

• Determine availability, craft schedules, and work in alignment with personal lifestyle.

• Regularly consult with the clinical director and regional team for guidance and feedback.

• Engage with therapists nationwide via the Clinician Connect platform.

• Deliver therapy services while WellQor manages credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, customer service, and other administrative functions.

• Take part in company events.

• Collaborate within a care-team treatment framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or an equivalent license to practice independently.

• Prior experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation of sessions.

• Comfortable utilizing technology as part of daily tasks.

• Eagerness to learn and grow.

• Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor.

• Must reside in California, specifically in the Oakland area.

• Full-time position available, with flexibility for therapists who may prefer part-time work.
