This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Collaborate with the Knoxville team in a developmental role lasting over 24 months
• Acquire knowledge regarding the technical, clinical, and sales facets of the business
• Support sales representatives in conducting surgeon training sessions, developing hospital robotic initiatives, and managing territories
• Facilitate technical in-service presentations for clients, which include operating room personnel and surgeons
• Advocate for the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and assist in meeting team sales goals
• Obtain experience in setting objectives, mapping territories, and preparing for quota achievement
• Oversee administrative responsibilities, such as reporting on sales/procedures and outcomes of sales activities
• File expense reports
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary

• Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities
• Demonstrated effectiveness as part of a team
• Candidates must reside in or be ready to relocate to the Knoxville, Tennessee area
• May be subject to U.S. export controls, export licensing, or a Technology Control Plan
• May need to present current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19
