This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Collaborate with the Knoxville team in a developmental role lasting over 24 months.
• Acquire knowledge across technical, clinical, and sales facets of the business.
• Support sales representatives with surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and territory management.
• Conduct technical in-services for customers, including operating room staff and surgeons.
• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and aid in achieving team quotas.
• Obtain experience in goal setting, territory mapping, and preparing for quota attainment.
• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including sales/procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, and expense reports.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of external sales experience is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.
• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic.
• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Knoxville, TN area.
• Must provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, if required by Intuitive and/or customers.
• Candidates may be subject to U.S. export control regulations, including an export license or Technology Control Plan.
