Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Richmond, VA team in a developmental position lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Support sales representatives with surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and comprehensive territory management.

• Conduct technical in-services for clients, including operating-room personnel and surgeons.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and aid in achieving team quotas.

• Gain expertise in goal setting, mapping, and achievement in preparation for a future quota-bearing position.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including sales/procedure reporting, documenting sales activity outcomes, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of external sales experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Demonstrated track record of success.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and persuasive communication abilities.

• Proven capacity to work efficiently as a team member.

• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Richmond, VA area.
