This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate with the Allentown, Pennsylvania team in a developmental position lasting over 24 months.
• Acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.
• Support sales representatives in training surgeons, developing hospital robotics, and managing overall territory.
• Conduct technical in-services for customers, which includes operating-room personnel and surgeons.
• Advocate for the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and help achieve team sales targets.
• Gain proficiency in setting goals, mapping territories, and reaching targets in preparation for a future quota-bearing position.
• Oversee administrative responsibilities, such as reporting sales and procedures, documenting sales activities, and submitting expense reports.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• A proven track record of success is essential.
• Possess ambition and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are vital.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in working collaboratively within a team is necessary.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Allentown or Bethlehem, Pennsylvania area.
• May need to provide current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19.
• Candidates may be subject to U.S. export-control licensing or a Technology Control Plan, as applicable.
• Total target compensation of 126,140 USD for Region 1 or 119,000 USD for Region 2 (includes base pay + commission, benefits, and equity; base pay not separately specified).
• Flexible remote work arrangement; onsite attendance required when requested by management.
