Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team in a developmental role lasting over 24 months to acquire technical, clinical, and sales expertise.

• Support sales representatives by conducting surgeon training sessions, aiding in hospital robotic development, and managing overall territory.

• Facilitate technical in-services for clients, including operating-room personnel and surgeons.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users while contributing to team sales targets.

• Gather experience in setting goals, mapping strategies, and achieving objectives in preparation for a future quota-bearing position.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, such as reporting sales, procedures, and sales-activity results.

• Submit expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is necessary.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as required.

• Demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Proven effectiveness in collaborative team environments.

• Candidates must either reside in or be willing to move to the New York City area.

• Current proof of vaccination for specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be required.

• Candidates may need to comply with U.S. export-control regulations, including obtaining an export license or implementing a Technology Control Plan.
