Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Kentucky team in a developmental role lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Support sales representatives in surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and overall territory management.

• Lead technical in-services for clients, including operating-room personnel and surgeons.

• Advocate for the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and help meet team quotas.

• Cultivate skills in goal setting, territory mapping, and achievement in preparation for a future role involving quotas.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, such as reporting sales and procedures, documenting sales activity results, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in or be open to relocating to the Lexington or Louisville, Kentucky region.

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in the military or 1 year of external sales experience is required.

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A demonstrated history of success is essential.

• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic are required.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are needed.

• Proven capability to function effectively as part of a team.
