This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire knowledge of technical, clinical, and sales components.

• Train to become an expert in both technical and sales aspects of da Vinci® Surgery across primary surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Enhance regional support by optimizing the use of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems.

• Deliver case support, insights, and training to surgical teams.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for OR staff, surgeons, and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to quarterly sales targets through product demonstrations, OR sales activities, and customer support training sessions.

• Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events.

• Oversee the reporting of sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, expense reports, and assigned online modules.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant following appropriate training, ensuring proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year in a leadership role.

• Proficient in English and the local language as needed.

• Demonstrates ambition and a strong work ethic.

• Capable of thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are essential.

• Proven track record of effective teamwork.

• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

• Ability to provide guidance and support on Intuitive medical devices after appropriate training and in compliance with legal requirements.
