Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Wilmington, DE team in a developmental position lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire knowledge in the technical, clinical, and sales facets of the business.

• Support sales representatives with training for surgeons, development of hospital robotic systems, and management of territories.

• Conduct technical in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clients.

• Advocate for the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and help meet team quotas.

• Gain experience in setting goals, mapping territories, and achieving quotas.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including reporting on sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and expense documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in the military or a year of outside sales experience is required.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• Demonstrated record of success.

• Strong ambition and a remarkable work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Candidates should reside very close to or be prepared to relocate to the Wilmington, DE area.

• Current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive and/or clients.

• Candidates might be subject to U.S. export-control regulations, including an export license or Technology Control Plan, depending on nationality and role relevance.
