Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire knowledge of the technical, clinical, and sales facets of the business.

• Undergo training to become an expert in da Vinci Surgery's technical and sales domains across primary surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Enhance the assigned region by optimizing the use of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.

• Offer guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams regarding the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to achieving quarterly sales targets through product demonstrations, in-services, operating room selling initiatives, and customer support training.

• Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events to raise system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Oversee sales and procedure reporting, the outcomes of sales activities, expense reports, and assigned online modules utilizing required company software systems.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is necessary.

• Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.

• A strong ambition and work ethic are essential.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are required.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% is necessary.
