Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire technical, clinical, and sales expertise.

• Undergo training to become a technical and sales authority in da Vinci® Surgery across key surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Enhance the assigned region by optimizing the utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems.

• Offer case support, insights, and training to surgical teams on the operation of the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-service training for operating room staff, surgeons, and various customers.

• Contribute to achieving quarterly sales targets through product demonstrations, in-services, operating room sales activities, and customer support training.

• Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events.

• Manage the reporting of sales and procedures, sales activity results, expense accounts, and assigned online modules using company-mandated software.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant after receiving appropriate training, offering guidance on the proper use of Intuitive medical devices.

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year in a leadership role.

• Proficient in English and the local language as necessary.

• Demonstrated ambition and a robust work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and persuasive communication abilities.

• Proven track record of effective teamwork.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% and/or be present in the field, based on business requirements.

• A degree in sales is an advantage.
