This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Train to become a technical and sales specialist in da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical disciplines.

• Establish surgical robotics initiatives within the designated territory.

• Optimize the usage of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.

• Offer case support, guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams utilizing the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other stakeholders.

• Play a role in achieving quarterly sales objectives through product demonstrations, in-operating-room selling activities, and customer training support.

• Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events.

• Foster system awareness and promote procedure adoption through demonstrations, in-services, and selling efforts.

• Oversee sales and procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, expense reports, and complete assigned online modules using the necessary company software.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany following the requisite training.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of pertinent professional experience.

• Proficiency in both English and German is essential.

• A strong ambition coupled with a solid work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

• A degree in sales is an advantage.

• After appropriate training, fulfill the role of a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany as mandated by law.
