This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales facets of the business.

• Receive training to become a technical and sales authority on da Vinci Surgery across various primary surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics initiatives within the designated territory.

• Optimize the use of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems in a particular region.

• Deliver case support, guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams utilizing the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to achieving quarterly sales objectives through product demonstrations, in-services, operating room selling initiatives, and customer support training.

• Assist in or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events.

• Cultivate system awareness and procedure adoption through demonstrations, in-services, and sales activities.

• Oversee sales and procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, expense documentation, and assigned online training modules using company software systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is necessary.

• Proficiency in both English and German is required.

• A strong ambition and work ethic are essential.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

• A degree in sales is an advantage.
