This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.
• Acquire knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects under the guidance of the Clinical Sales Manager (CSM).
• Participate in training focused on the technical and sales aspects of the da Vinci surgical system, contributing to the deployment and expansion of the robotic program in the assigned area.
• Maximize the operational efficiency of the da Vinci Surgical System post-implementation through product demonstrations, in-service training, and sales activities.
• Explain the Technology Training Pathway and Surgeon journey.
• Conduct on-site and dry training sessions.
• Provide training on the setup and theoretical overview of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Collaborate with Clinical Sales Representatives (CSR) to support surgeons during their initial cases.
• Support TR100 training across all medical departments as needed.
• Lead technical in-service training sessions for operating room staff and surgeons.
• Contribute to the team's quarterly goals through demonstrations, in-services, sales activities in the operating room, and customer support training.
• Coordinate and support sales and marketing development to enhance system recognition and procedure adoption in the assigned area.
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales, case reporting, sales activity results, expense reporting, and ISU online modules.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least one year of sales experience, or more than one year in the healthcare sector or as a medical professional is preferred.
• Proven track record in setting and achieving goals.
• Strong enthusiasm and solid work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication abilities.
• Capability to effectively perform duties as a team member.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PPT).
• Native Japanese speaker or equivalent to N1 level.
• Complete approximately six weeks of the JCAST program post-hire and pass all tests during the program.
• Flexibility for potential future transfers.
• English proficiency is a plus (optional).
