Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire knowledge of technical, clinical, and sales dimensions.

• Undergo training to become a technical and sales expert in da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Optimize the use of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.

• Provide case support, insights, and training to surgical teams utilizing the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Lead technical demonstrations and in-services for operating room staff, surgeons, and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to achieving quarterly sales objectives through demonstrations, on-site sales activities, and customer support training.

• Assist or organize regional sales and marketing development events.

• Oversee sales and procedure reporting, sales activity results, expense reports, and assigned online modules using the company’s software systems.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany following appropriate training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of pertinent professional experience.

• Proficiency in English and German is mandatory.

• Strong ambition and a dedicated work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

• A degree in sales is advantageous.

• After suitable training, fulfill the role of Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany as required by law.
