Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire technical, clinical, and sales expertise.

• Train to become a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales authority across key surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Offer case support, guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams utilizing the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room staff, surgeons, and other stakeholders.

• Contribute towards achieving quarterly sales targets through product demonstrations, in-services, OR selling initiatives, and customer support training.

• Assist in or organize regional sales and marketing development events to enhance system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Oversee the reporting of sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, expense reports, and assigned online modules using the necessary company software.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is necessary.

• Proficiency in both English and German is required.

• A strong ambition and work ethic are essential.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to function effectively as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
