Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire expertise in the technical, clinical, and sales facets of the business.

• Undergo training to become a proficient technical and sales expert in da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Concentrate on technical and clinical duties during the first year, and transition to sales responsibilities in the second year.

• Optimize the usage of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems in the specified region.

• Offer case support, insights, guidance, and training to surgical teams utilizing the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room staff, surgeons, and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to quarterly sales targets through product demonstrations, in-services, operating room selling activities, and customer support training.

• Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development initiatives.

• Oversee the reporting of sales and procedures, outcomes from sales activities, expense reports, and assigned online modules using company software.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after receiving the necessary training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or several years of pertinent professional experience.

• Proficiency in both English and German is mandatory.

• Strong ambition and a solid work ethic are essential.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

• A degree in sales is considered advantageous.

• After receiving appropriate training, fulfill the role of a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany, as legally required.
