This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire knowledge in the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

β€’ Undergo training to become a technical and sales expert in da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.

β€’ Develop surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

β€’ Concentrate on technical and clinical responsibilities during the initial year.

β€’ Transition towards sales responsibilities in the subsequent year.

β€’ Optimize the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.

β€’ Offer case support, guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams on the operation of the da Vinci Surgical System.

β€’ Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clients.

β€’ Aid in achieving quarterly sales targets through product demonstrations, in-services, operating room selling activities, and customer support training.

β€’ Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events.

β€’ Foster system awareness and procedure adoption through demonstrations, in-services, and selling initiatives.

β€’ Manage the reporting of sales and procedures, sales activity results, expense reports, and designated online modules using the required company software.

β€’ Provide guidance, insights, and support in the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices following appropriate training.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree is required.

β€’ At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience.

β€’ Proficiency in English and the local language as necessary.

β€’ Ambitious and possesses a strong work ethic.

β€’ Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

β€’ Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

β€’ Proven track record of effective teamwork.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

β€’ A degree in sales is advantageous.

β€’ Must adhere to relevant medical device legal requirements and, after training, act as a Medical Device Consultant.

β€’ Certain positions may be subject to U.S. export controls, export licensing, and/or a Technology Control Plan.
