Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the San Francisco team in a developmental position lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire knowledge spanning technical, clinical, and sales domains of Intuitive’s operations.

• Support sales representatives in surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and overall management of territories.

• Lead technical in-services for clients, including operating room personnel and surgeons.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and assist in achieving team quotas.

• Gain practical experience in goal setting, territory mapping, and preparing for quota attainment.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, such as sales/procedure reporting, sales activity results, and expense report submissions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as required.

• A bachelor’s degree is essential.

• Demonstrated history of success.

• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven capability to work effectively within a team.

• Candidates should reside in or be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area.
