This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for clinical inquiries and support.

• Guide team members while fostering quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.

• Assist in onboarding, quality monitoring, workflow management, and project initiatives.

• Contribute to the attainment of performance and service objectives.

• Collaborate with leadership and engage in team communications and meetings.

• Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing work environment.

• Provide expert guidance on clinical matters.

• Manage workflow coordination.

• Ensure operational excellence within a care management team.

• Serve health plans across Florida, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active, unrestricted Florida license as an Independent Behavioral Health Clinician (Master's level) or Registered Nurse (RN) with psychiatric specialization, certification, or relevant experience.

• Must be a resident of Florida.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical behavioral health experience.

• At least 1 year of experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with some flexibility for occasional weekends, holidays, or business requirements.

• Preferred experience in leadership or as a team lead.

• Preferred background in managed care or utilization review.

• Preferred experience in behavioral health inpatient settings.

• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and multitasking abilities are preferred.

• Preferred proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems.
