📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of up to 8 clients.

• Perform assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Keep precise client records and documentation.

• Offer guidance and training to clinical personnel and families.

• Review and modify behavior intervention strategies.

• Foster a positive and encouraging environment among the team, clients, and their families.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification are mandatory.

• Proven management capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong preference for candidates residing in IL, IN, IA, WI, TX, MI, and MO.
