Clinical Supply Specialist – LATAM/Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop, execute, oversee, and enhance the study supply strategy along with the overall supply chain strategy.

• Optimize inventory levels to guarantee continuity while reducing carrying costs.

• Manage manufacturing and delivery processes effectively.

• Work collaboratively with Project Management, Vendor Management, and DLS Leadership.

• Create and uphold comprehensive inventories of study drugs.

• Formulate procedures to boost supply chain efficiency while prioritizing quality and safety.

• Implement necessary process improvements.

• Establish and apply key supply chain KPIs at both study and functional levels in conjunction with DLS Leadership.

• Identify process inefficiencies and execute timely corrective actions.

• Undertake additional related responsibilities as assigned.

• Competence in problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic as well as lateral thinking.

• Outstanding relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external teams.

• Proficient negotiation and influencing abilities.

• Strong business management and analytical skills.

• IT proficiency, particularly in Excel, and capability to manage electronic data.

• Awareness of supply chain risk management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Clinical Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical research environment.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical supply chain operations.

• Preferred hands-on experience with supply chain functionality in an IRT system.

• A sense of ownership, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.
