Clinical Supervisor – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver weekly individual and group supervision in accordance with state and accreditation guidelines.

• Evaluate and authorize treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation.

• Ensure the provision of ethical, high-quality, evidence-based care.

• Maintain a manageable and active caseload.

• Exemplify person-centered, culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy practices.

• Exhibit excellence in documentation and adhere to quality assurance standards.

• Co-facilitate resident orientation, workshops, and ongoing training sessions.

• Assist clinicians in cultivating professional identity, confidence, and ethical decision-making skills.

• Promote clinical skill development and preparedness for independent licensure.

• Oversee and approve resident documentation for timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with Medicaid regulations.

• Keep supervision logs and training records in accordance with state and CARF standards.

• Engage in audit preparedness and quality improvement efforts.

• Conduct evaluations based on competency.

• Create and monitor individualized development plans.

• Provide structured, strengths-based feedback.

• Collaborate with Residency Program leadership, Clinical Operations, and Quality & Compliance teams.

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and uniformity in programs.

• Contribute to innovative clinical practices and operational excellence at the systems level.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced clinical degree (LCSW-C or LCPC) with unrestricted licensure in Maryland.

• Openness to pursuing additional cross-licensure.

• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience post-master’s.

• At least 2 years of leadership experience.

• Background in virtual healthcare strategy or behavioral health transformation at the systems level.

• Proven track record of successfully implementing tech-enabled or digital clinical initiatives (e.g., supervision platforms, outcome dashboards, clinical content systems).

• Strong understanding of compliance, Medicaid documentation standards, and accreditation processes.

• Experience utilizing data to enhance performance improvement.

• A systems-oriented approach with the capability to scale innovation.
