Clinical Study Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate the initiation of studies.

• Serve as the main contact for clinical sites.

• Train research sites on Beacon’s devices and study protocols.

• Track project development and ensure compliance with timelines, protocols, and quality standards.

• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues using tools like Zendesk and Asana.

• Offer constructive feedback from research sites to enhance devices and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations roles.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

• A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks and foresee challenges.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulatory standards.

• Eagerness to deepen knowledge in analytics, statistics, machine learning, and clinical trials.

• Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Timezones in the U.S.
