Clinical Strategy and Practice Lead – VSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies for growth, engagement, optimal clinical practices, and procedures for the enterprise clinical community.

• Implement and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the capacity of enterprise clinicians.

• Improve clinician recruitment, professional development, and retention efforts.

• Ensure compliance with clinician licensure and facilitate continuing education.

• Utilize data-driven insights to guide process enhancements within the clinical community.

• Provide counsel to executives on functional strategies and critical issues.

• Make independent judgments and decisions regarding complex matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to work effectively from home in a dedicated space free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.

• Self-sourced internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps.

• Willingness to occasionally travel to Humana offices for training sessions or meetings.

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and make decisions on complex issues.

• Proficiency in clinical strategy, clinician recruitment, development, retention, licensure compliance, continuing education, data-driven process improvement, and executive advising.
