Clinical Strategy and Practice Fellow, VSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies for clinical community growth, engagement, optimal clinical practices, and processes.

• Offer functional guidance to professional associates.

• Create, execute, and support the enterprise clinical strategy.

• Lead initiatives that enhance clinician capacity and improve clinician recruitment, development, and retention.

• Assist with clinician licensure compliance and continuing education requirements.

• Utilize data-driven insights to inform clinical process enhancements.

• Formulate and propel the overall enterprise strategy.

• Provide strategic recommendations to senior executives.

• Address critical enterprise-wide challenges and overarching design issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive, comprehensive knowledge in the relevant clinical strategy and practice area.

• Significant technical expertise coupled with leadership experience in technical/process domains.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise clinical strategies.

• Background in clinician recruitment, development, retention, licensure compliance, and continuing education.

• Experience in leveraging data-driven insights for process enhancements.

• Capacity to provide recommendations to senior executives.

• Proficiency in making decisions regarding complex to highly complex enterprise-wide challenges.

• Ability to work from a designated space free from continuous interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Must have self-provided internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.

• Willingness to occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.
