Clinical Specialist, Vessel Closure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver case planning, support coverage, and facilitate product pull-through across the assigned territory and region as necessary.

• Advocate for Vascular products through customer education, service, and training within hospital settings.

• Offer clinical education and sales support to meet sales objectives, enhance revenues, and expand market share.

• Act as the technical expert on procedures and products during hospital case coverage.

• Assist Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and hospital personnel with the Vessel Closure portfolio.

• Engage with customers to assess clinical needs and showcase Vascular product solutions.

• Build relationships with hospital staff and pinpoint key decision-makers.

• Provide clinical assistance, troubleshooting, and in-service education.

• Conduct presentations and demonstrations on products, therapies, and technologies.

• Participate in procedures within Cardiac Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology Labs, and Operating Rooms.

• Address customer product and service complaints, working collaboratively with sales, clinical research, marketing, and product development teams.

• Provide case coverage support to the broader region as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 2-5+ years of relevant work experience.

• Willingness to travel 50% within the assigned region.

• Experience interacting with patients in a lab or operating room environment (preferred).

• Relevant Technical Certification (preferred).
