Clinical Specialist – Stroke Rater, Urdu Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide support for stroke clinical trials by conducting standardized assessments.

• Ensure the integrity and consistency of data collected.

• Administer the EQ-5D-5L (both Interviewer administered and Proxy 1 versions) and mRS to participants in the trial.

• Review and assess evaluations performed by other raters to ensure accuracy and compliance with protocols.

• Engage in live interactions with raters and offer constructive feedback regarding scoring methods and techniques.

• Take part in training, orientation, and calibration sessions to uphold certification and ensure consistency.

• Prepare for discussions with raters by reviewing case data and pertinent documentation.

• Complete all scheduled interactions with raters and promptly submit the necessary documentation.

• Provide assistance with mock interviews and functional assessments of rater performance as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Master's degree (MA/MS) in Medicine, Neurology, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with stroke patients.

• Previous experience in administering stroke-related rating scales within clinical trials.

• Proficient in the administration of EQ-5D-5L and mRS.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective professional engagement with raters and trial personnel.

• Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management skills.

• Fluency in the Urdu language.
