This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Administer stroke-specific assessment tools to trial participants, including the EQ-5D-5L (Interviewer administered and Proxy 1 version) and the mRS.
• Review and assess evaluations conducted by other raters to ensure accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
• Engage in live interactions with raters to provide constructive feedback on scoring techniques and methodologies.
• Participate in training, orientation, and calibration sessions to uphold certification and maintain consistency.
• Prepare for rater discussions by reviewing case data and pertinent documentation.
• Complete scheduled rater interactions and promptly submit all necessary documentation.
• Assist with mock interviews and functional assessments of rater performance as required.
• Support stroke clinical trials by ensuring data quality and consistency, compliance with protocols, and inter-rater reliability.
• A minimum of a Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Medicine, Neurology, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• MD, DO, or PhD is preferred.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience working with stroke patients.
• Previous experience administering stroke-related rating scales in clinical trial settings.
• Proficiency in the administration of EQ-5D-5L and mRS.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective professional interactions with raters and trial staff.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management abilities.
• Fluent in Indian languages.
• Flexible working hours.
• Estimated workload of 2–12 hours per month.
