This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager in the designated area to comprehend the clinical requirements of prospects.
• Showcase FUJIFILM Sonosite products and successfully secure new contracts.
• Assist in achieving territory sales objectives and fulfill annual KPIs.
• Deploy FUJIFILM Sonosite products at client locations.
• Provide training to customers on the usage of new products.
• Manage post-sales activities in the field, promoting product adoption and resolving customer concerns.
• Uphold FUJIFILM Sonosite's visibility and relationships at established client sites.
• Communicate the overall value of products to users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives for field demonstrations as required.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and refer them for pursuit and closure.
• Offer clinical, technical, and educational assistance to both new and existing customers.
• Provide support to other company sectors as necessary.
• Serve as the primary commercial resource in the absence of the Territory Manager counterpart.
• Execute the requirements of the company’s quality system.
• Associate's degree from an accredited ultrasound training institution.
• RDMS certification in Abdomen/OB GYN, RDCS, or RVT.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
• Experience managing various requirements and conducting detailed prioritization.
• Ability to grasp the clinical and business needs of customers and FUJIFILM Sonosite.
• Skill in translating customer needs into explicit product requests.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships.
• Competence in managing interpersonal relationships with team members and colleagues.
• Capacity to adapt to evolving priorities and workloads.
• Organized work approach with the ability to meet customer and company deadlines.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends, holidays, and after hours.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time, which may include overnight trips.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• General proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Must register with one or more vendor credentialing services utilized by customer hospitals.
• Proof of immunizations, including MMR and hepatitis, and drug testing/screening required for credentialing.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision while fostering strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be able to access customer facilities and comply with facility requirements.
