This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee assigned accounts within the designated territory by offering on-site consulting, support, and assistance to physicians and Operating Room staff.
• Train and educate physicians and hospital staff on navigation technologies, related equipment, and instruments during installations, trade shows, and lab sessions.
• Create training materials for hospital personnel.
• Gather product feedback from key surgeons and relay it to product development teams.
• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues.
• Deliver timely customer support through a thorough case collection process.
• Independently assist with Cranial and Spine cases and address related inquiries.
• Facilitate evaluations, labs, demonstrations, and installations.
• Onboard new Clinical staff on processes, procedures, and associated responsibilities.
• Stay updated on 7D (SeaSpine) and competitive Image Guided Surgery products and services.
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to identify and develop sales opportunities.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to promote clinical advantages and enhance account growth and case volume.
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Nursing or other relevant disciplines.
• Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in medical device/navigation or a related field.
• Familiarity with MRI & CT, intra-operative imaging, stereotactic navigation, optics, or robotics.
• Practical experience in a hospital or Operating Room environment.
• Knowledge of informatics – PACS, DICOM, networking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in conveying technical subjects to diverse audiences.
• Quick analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-sufficient, strong work ethic, and highly motivated.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the United States.
• Availability for off-hours, weekend, and holiday support as needed.
• Flexible daily schedule and availability.
• Frequent and continuous travel is necessary.
• A B.S. in a Biomedical or Clinical related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of video integration and routing is desirable.
• Experience in leading evaluations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ETQ documentation is preferred.
• Ability to effectively train new Clinical Specialist hires is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Proficient in PC software applications, including Microsoft Office.
