This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Educate and assist organ retrieval and transplant teams in utilizing the OrganOx metra in accordance with company standards and protocols.
• Offer remote and on-site assistance while generally being on-call 24/7 for approximately 15 days each month, including weekends and holidays.
• Coordinate site initiation and refresher meetings, training sessions, and centralized training events.
• Communicate effectively and promptly with transplant teams, internal management, and colleagues.
• Develop and document case study reviews with support from senior colleagues.
• Assist managers, directors, and other internal personnel with various tasks when not on call.
• Engage in R&D activities within laboratory environments under the direction of management.
• Collaborate with liver transplant teams to gather data on perfused and preserved livers for a product performance and usage database.
• Participate in local, regional, national, and international meetings and conferences as a supporter, participant, or presenter.
• Foster and maintain positive working relationships with end users at all levels.
• Conduct administrative activities related to expenses, emails, and other forms of communication.
• Stay informed about relevant quality policies and systems.
• Adhere to work and quality procedures to ensure compliance with quality systems and deliver high-quality work.
• Travel globally, primarily across North America, to prominent transplant sites.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Clinical Support.
• Bachelor’s degree combined with equivalent medical experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in ICU, ECMO, Cath Lab, OR, Transplant, and ED.
• Must be highly adaptable and willing to provide support to sites as required throughout North America.
• Strong attention to detail along with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proficient problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to work collaboratively and establish rapport with both internal and external contacts.
• Exceptional customer-facing abilities.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must reside within one hour of a major airport.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary.
• Must be able to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must successfully meet vendor credentialing requirements, routine background checks, and drug screening.
• Licensed RN, RT, RD, and/or a degree in a health science-related field (preferred).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry (preferred).
