Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the effective clinical implementation and adoption of HistoSonics technology.

• Act as a clinical specialist during system rollouts, physician training, and live procedures.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure account readiness, meet utilization targets, and explore growth opportunities.

• Oversee on-site operations during the launch of new sites and the integration of technology.

• Offer both in-person and remote procedural assistance.

• Guarantee compliance with clinical and safety standards.

• Recognize and share clinical insights to enhance performance, workflow, and outcomes.

• Work together with Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders.

• Maximize the potential of existing sites to foster procedural growth and sustainability.

• Organize and implement site start-ups and procedural rollouts.

• Evaluate real-time challenges and deliver effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support.

• Preferred experience in imaging, ultrasound, or robotics.

• Demonstrated ability to promote clinical adoption and ensure procedural success.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically, including overnight stays.

• Must fulfill all hospital credentialing criteria, including background checks, drug screenings, and immunizations.

• Strong comprehension of clinical workflows, physician engagement, and procedural execution in intricate healthcare settings.

• Familiarity with HIPAA, the Sunshine Act, and company interaction policies.

• Personal vehicle required for field travel.

• Valid driver’s license necessary.
