Clinical Specialist, Acute Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver impactful rounding and enhance product utilization through educational and clinical guidance to customer hospitals across Arjo’s diverse product range.

• Foster improvements in clinical outcomes.

• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within accounts.

• Drive sustainable account growth in alignment with Arjo’s strategic objectives.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the complete Arjo product range.

• Meet sales targets and key performance indicators within designated timelines.

• Strategize territory plans for optimal time management while achieving personal and team objectives.

• Identify and assess sales opportunities based on customer needs and challenges.

• Create effective solutions to address customer challenges.

• Showcase and advocate for Arjo products, services, and clinical solutions to both existing and potential customers.

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-service training.

• Offer clinical best practices, techniques, and processes that enhance patient care and caregiver efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing or a related field.

• RN, PT, or OT certification.

• Proven clinical experience in an Acute Care environment.

• Current licensure required, which must be maintained throughout the duration of employment.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and/or other relevant software applications.

• Experience in creating and delivering professional presentations to both clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.

• Ability to travel overnight 60–80% of the time.

• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.

• Previous experience with a medical device company is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Clinical education experience is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
