Clinical Specialist, Acute Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators within designated timeframes.

• Strategically plan territory approaches to optimize time management while fulfilling both individual and team objectives.

• Identify and assess sales opportunities by gaining insight into customer challenges.

• Create effective solutions to address customer issues.

• Present and advocate for Arjo products, services, and clinical solutions to both existing and potential clients.

• Conduct product demonstrations for sales opportunities and provide in-service training.

• Share clinical best practices, techniques, and processes that enhance patient care and caregiver efficiency.

• Promote product usage through educational and clinical advice to healthcare facilities.

• Enhance clinical outcomes and cultivate relationships with stakeholders.

• Ensure long-term account growth in alignment with Arjo’s strategic objectives.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Arjo’s product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree in Nursing or a related field is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Qualification as an RN, PT, or OT is necessary.

• Proven clinical experience in an Acute Care environment.

• Previous experience with a medical device company is preferred but not mandatory.

• Clinical education experience is preferred.

• Current licensure is required and must be maintained throughout the duration of employment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and/or other relevant software.

• Experience in creating and delivering professional presentations to both clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.

• Willingness to travel overnight 60–80% of the time.

• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are required.
