This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Collaborate with the Sales team throughout the entire process of discovery, demonstration, ROI/business case development, and closing to refine deal strategy and messaging, especially for intricate and enterprise-level opportunities.
• Spearhead clinical discovery initiatives with clinical leaders and executives to identify factors related to quality, staffing, reimbursement, workflows, and outcomes.
• Provide customized product demonstrations that align with customers’ clinical, operational, and financial priorities.
• Convert Mosai product capabilities into quantifiable value, including reductions in hospitalization, LUPA management, SIA optimization, workflow efficiency, and other significant outcomes.
• Foster consensus among clinical and executive stakeholders while addressing clinical objections in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Utilize data, benchmarks, and real-world examples to elevate discussions from product features to outcomes and strategic value.
• Contribute to reusable clinical use cases, ROI narratives, and materials for sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Clinical Services on strategic accounts.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Mosai’s product suite and standards from the Clinical Services Center of Excellence.
• Transform field insights into constructive feedback for Product and Data Science to guide positioning and roadmap priorities.
• Assist with webinars, case studies, events, and other customer-facing thought leadership activities.
• Report to the Director of Training & Enablement while providing support to Account Executives and Account Management.
• Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) / Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Over 5 years of experience in home health and/or hospice operations.
• Strong understanding of clinical, operational, and financial factors in post-acute care, including HHVBP, PDGM, SIA, and LUPA.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities to engage both clinical and financial/executive audiences.
• Capability to adapt in real-time and lead high-stakes customer discussions without relying on scripted responses.
• Highly collaborative with a strong inclination towards action and achieving outcomes.
• Experience in healthcare technology, solution selling, or another customer-facing commercial role.
• Experience in supporting enterprise or multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Comfort working in a regulated industry, particularly in a private equity-backed or high-growth setting.
• Experience in developing ROI models or business cases tailored for clinical buyers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and demo or conversation-intelligence tools.
• Published, presented, or otherwise recognized within the home-based care community.
