This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate with Sales during the discovery phase, product demonstrations, ROI/business case creation, and deal closure to refine deal strategies and messaging, particularly for complex and enterprise-level opportunities.
• Lead clinical discovery efforts with clinical leaders and executives to identify decision-making factors related to quality, staffing, reimbursement, workflows, and outcomes.
• Provide customized product demonstrations that align with customers’ clinical, operational, and financial objectives.
• Convert Mosai product capabilities into outcome-focused value, including reduction in hospitalizations, LUPA management, SIA optimization, workflow efficiency, and quantifiable quality, operational, and financial results.
• Foster consensus among clinical and executive stakeholders while addressing any clinical objections in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Utilize data, benchmarks, and real-world examples to elevate discussions from product features to strategic value and outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of reusable clinical use cases, ROI narratives, and sales enablement resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Clinical Services on key strategic accounts.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Mosai’s product offerings and the standards of the Clinical Services Center of Excellence.
• Relay field insights as feedback for Product and Data Science teams to aid in positioning and roadmap priorities.
• Assist in webinars, case studies, events, and other thought leadership initiatives aimed at customers.
• Report to the Director of Training & Enablement while providing support to Account Executives and Account Management.
• Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) / Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Over 5 years of experience in home health and/or hospice operations.
• Strong understanding of clinical, operational, and financial factors in post-acute care, including HHVBP, PDGM, SIA, and LUPA.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, capable of engaging both clinical and financial/executive audiences.
• Capacity to adapt on-the-fly and lead significant customer discussions without relying on a script.
• Highly collaborative with a pronounced focus on action and results.
• Experience in healthcare technology, solution selling, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
• Familiarity with supporting enterprise or multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Comfort in working within a regulated industry and in a private equity-backed or rapidly growing environment.
• Background in constructing ROI models or business cases for clinical purchasers.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and demo or conversation-intelligence tools.
• Recognized through publications, presentations, or visibility in the home-based care community.
