Clinical Site Payment Associate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage investigator and site payments in accordance with relevant procedures, regulations, contracts, and country-specific requirements.

• Gather and assess data from study budgets, EDC, CTMS, and other relevant sources.

• Evaluate site invoices, investigating, resolving, and addressing any issues or discrepancies.

• Conduct reconciliations and generate payment accruals and forecasts.

• Create and sustain standard reporting mechanisms.

• Lead enhancements in processes, systems, and reporting, including the evaluation of Artificial Intelligence opportunities in Clinical Payments.

• Identify, evaluate, and manage operational and financial risks associated with site payments.

• Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop, maintain, and/or gather process, project, and financial documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical payments.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Excellent financial, analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to analyze data effectively and provide practical solutions and recommendations.

• Ability to thrive in a global work environment.

• Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

• Customer-focused mindset and service-oriented approach.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal and external teams.

• Solid knowledge of and experience with MS Office, financial systems, EDC, and CTMS platforms.
