This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Take charge of the cadence and accountability framework for NAPA client relationships.
• Monitor and document client engagement activities while ensuring precise CRM records are maintained.
• Identify risks of client dissatisfaction, engagement challenges, and gaps in relationship cadence.
• Create materials and briefings for executive discussions and client meetings.
• Act as the primary point of resolution for operational challenges, including staffing, payroll, scheduling, credentialing, and compliance.
• Foster accountability across RCM, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Quality shared services.
• Elevate issues beyond the decision-making scope to the Regional Vice President.
• Champion the interests of clinicians and collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, engagement, and retention efforts.
• Engage in candidate interviews and provide exceptional onboarding support.
• Track trends in premium pay, vacancy rates, and reliance on locum tenens.
• Offer operational and relational support to Regional Vice Presidents.
• Prepare briefing documents, financial summaries, and materials for meetings.
• Participate in FORC preparation, monthly financial assessments, and regional initiatives.
• Develop structured recommendations for unresolved issues.
• Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within designated client accounts.
• Formulate strategic plans for cross-credentialing and market-based clinical teams.
• Monitor competitive dynamics and highlight potential threats and opportunities.
• Assist with new site launches, HyperCare transitions, and escalated client satisfaction scenarios.
• Ensure the effectiveness of clinical schedules in assigned markets while sharing accountability for operational standards.
• Maintain complete P&L ownership for the designated market.
• Function within a matrixed environment of clinical and operational leadership and centralized service delivery leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration, ideally within an anesthesia or physician practice management setting.
• Proven success in managing intricate client relationships and achieving measurable retention or satisfaction outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to interpret site-level P&Ls, recognize performance discrepancies, and communicate financial risks effectively.
• Experience in coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding processes in a multi-site healthcare context.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to establish trust with clinicians, hospital administrators, and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness and capability to travel frequently, with an expected travel rate of 30–50% based on market portfolio.
• Practical experience with clinical operations systems, including scheduling platforms (Qgenda preferred), practice management tools (iPro preferred), and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Experience in supporting or leading new site implementations in a healthcare services environment.
