This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Manage the cadence and accountability framework for NAPA client relationships.
• Monitor and record client engagement activities along with CRM documentation.
• Identify risks related to client dissatisfaction and prepare materials and briefings for executive meetings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving daily operational issues in designated markets.
• Ensure accountability across RCM, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Quality shared services.
• Elevate issues that fall outside the role’s decision-making authority to the RVP.
• Advocate for clinicians while collaborating on recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and engagement initiatives.
• Engage in interviewing candidates and provide exceptional onboarding support.
• Monitor premium pay, vacancy trends, locum reliance, staffing models, and associated risks at the model level.
• Offer operational and relational capacity support to Regional Vice Presidents.
• Create briefing materials, financial summaries, and prepare for client meetings.
• Participate in strategic engagements, contribute to FORC preparation, monthly financial reviews, and regional initiatives.
• Develop structured recommendations for unresolved issues.
• Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within assigned client accounts.
• Formulate strategic plans for cross-credentialing and market-based clinical teams.
• Highlight opportunities related to new service lines, ASC development, volume growth, and contract expansion.
• Monitor competitive dynamics and alert on potential threats and opportunities.
• Provide support across multiple markets based on necessity and strategic priorities.
• Ensure meaningful interactions with clients and clinicians through intentional, planned travel.
• Hold full P&L responsibility for the assigned market.
• Collaborate within clinical and operational leadership frameworks and centralized service delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration, ideally within an anesthesia or physician practice management setting.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and achieving measurable retention or satisfaction outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to interpret site-level P&Ls, recognize performance variances, and communicate financial risks effectively.
• Experience in coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding processes in a multi-site healthcare context.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities with a demonstrated capacity to build trust with clinicians, hospital administrators, and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness and capacity for frequent travel, estimated at 30–50% based on market portfolio.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with clinical operations systems such as Qgenda, iPro, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in supporting or leading new site implementations in a healthcare services environment.
• Familiarity with various types of client contractual agreements.
