This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Take ownership of the cadence and accountability framework for NAPA client relationships.
β’ Monitor and document client engagement activities while ensuring precise CRM records are maintained.
β’ Identify potential risks of client dissatisfaction, engagement challenges, and declining meeting frequencies.
β’ Create materials and briefings for discussions with executives and meetings with clients.
β’ Address daily operational challenges, including staffing shortages, payroll discrepancies, scheduling inaccuracies, credentialing coordination, and compliance escalations.
β’ Foster accountability across RCM, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Quality shared services.
β’ Champion clinicians and facilitate recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, interviewing, and engagement efforts.
β’ Monitor premium pay factors, vacancy trends, reliance on locum tenens, staffing models, and operational risks.
β’ Offer operational and relational capacity support to Regional Vice Presidents.
β’ Prepare briefing documents, financial summaries, and client meeting agendas.
β’ Contribute to FORC preparations, monthly financial assessments, and regional initiatives.
β’ Identify expansion opportunities, cross-credentialing strategies, and plans for new service lines, ASC development, volume growth, or contract enhancements.
β’ Keep track of competitive dynamics and highlight potential threats and opportunities.
β’ Provide assistance to multiple nationally assigned markets as needed and based on strategic priorities.
β’ Attain significant client and clinician interaction through intentional and planned travel.
β’ Maintain full P&L responsibility for the designated market and collaborate with clinical, operational, and centralized service leadership.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration, ideally within an anesthesia or physician practice management setting.
β’ Proven history of managing intricate client relationships and achieving measurable retention or satisfaction results.
β’ Strong financial acumen, including the ability to interpret site-level P&Ls, recognize performance variances, and clearly communicate financial risks.
β’ Experience in coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding processes in a multi-site healthcare environment.
β’ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to establish trust with clinicians, hospital administrators, and executive stakeholders.
β’ Willingness and capacity to travel frequently, with an expected travel commitment of 30β50% based on market portfolio.
β’ Practical experience with clinical operations systems, including scheduling platforms (preferably Qgenda), practice management tools (preferably iPro), and CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
β’ Experience in supporting or leading the implementation of new sites within a healthcare services context.
β’ Familiarity with various types of client contractual agreements.
