This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of the cadence and accountability framework for NAPA client relationships.
• Monitor and record client engagement activities while ensuring precise CRM documentation.
• Identify risks related to client dissatisfaction, relationship challenges, cadence delays, and signs of disengagement.
• Create materials and briefings for discussions with executives and client meetings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational challenges, including staffing, payroll, scheduling, credentialing, and compliance.
• Foster accountability across RCM, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Quality shared services.
• Champion the interests of clinicians and collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing initiatives.
• Engage in candidate interviews and offer onboarding assistance.
• Monitor factors influencing premium pay, vacancy patterns, and reliance on locum tenens.
• Provide operational and relational support to Regional Vice Presidents.
• Prepare briefing documents, financial overviews, and assist in client meeting preparations.
• Participate in FORC preparation, monthly financial assessments, and regional projects.
• Formulate structured recommendations for unresolved issues and escalate matters needing RVP approval.
• Recognize and cultivate expansion opportunities within designated client accounts.
• Create strategic plans for cross-credentialing and market-oriented clinical teams.
• Highlight opportunities involving new service offerings, ASC development, volume increase, or contract expansions.
• Keep an eye on competitive dynamics and report potential threats and opportunities.
• Provide support across multiple markets within a region or across regional boundaries as assigned.
• Ensure meaningful interaction with clients and clinicians through intentional, planned travel.
• Manage the efficiency of clinical schedules in designated markets with centralized scheduling oversight.
• Channel HR issues through centralized HR leadership and serve as a field-level connector and advocate.
• Hold full P&L accountability for the assigned market.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration, ideally within an anesthesia or physician practice management context.
• Proven history of managing complex client relationships and achieving measurable retention or satisfaction results.
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to interpret site-level P&Ls, identify performance discrepancies, and communicate financial risks effectively.
• Experience in coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding processes in a multi-site healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust with clinicians, hospital administrators, and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness and capacity to travel frequently, with an expected travel rate of 30–50% depending on market portfolio.
• Practical experience with clinical operations systems, including scheduling platforms (Qgenda preferred), practice management tools (iPro preferred), and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Experience in supporting or leading new site implementations in a healthcare services context.
