This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Manage the cadence and accountability framework for NAPA client relationships.
• Monitor and document client engagement activities while ensuring precise CRM records.
• Identify and flag potential client dissatisfaction risks, relationship challenges, and disengagement indicators.
• Prepare materials and briefings for conversations with executives and client meetings.
• Act as the primary point of resolution for daily operational issues in designated markets.
• Foster accountability across RCM, HR, Talent Acquisition, Quality, and other shared services.
• Escalate issues beyond the decision-making scope to the Regional Vice President.
• Advocate for clinicians and collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing processes.
• Engage in candidate interviews and offer exceptional onboarding support.
• Monitor premium pay drivers, vacancy trends, and reliance on locum tenens.
• Provide operational and relational support to Regional Vice Presidents.
• Participate in FORC preparation, monthly financial reviews, and regional initiatives.
• Create structured recommendations for unresolved issues.
• Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within assigned client accounts.
• Formulate strategic plans for cross-credentialing and market-specific clinical teams.
• Highlight opportunities related to new service lines, ASC development, volume growth, or contract expansion.
• Observe competitive dynamics and identify threats and opportunities.
• Support multiple markets based on strategic needs and portfolio conditions.
• Oversee the effectiveness of clinical schedules in assigned markets with guidance from centralized scheduling leadership.
• Hold full P&L accountability for the assigned market.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and centralized service delivery leadership to achieve desired outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration, ideally within an anesthesia or physician practice management organization.
• Proven success in managing complex client relationships and achieving measurable retention or satisfaction outcomes.
• Ability to analyze site-level P&Ls, pinpoint performance variations, and clearly communicate financial risks.
• Experience in coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding processes in a multi-site healthcare setting.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish trust with clinicians, hospital administrators, and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness and capability to travel regularly — expected 30–50% travel depending on the market portfolio.
• Practical experience with clinical operations systems, including scheduling platforms, practice management tools, and CRM systems (preferred).
• Experience in supporting or leading new site implementations in a healthcare services context (preferred).
• Familiarity with various types of client contractual agreements (preferred).
