This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of the cadence and accountability framework for NAPA client relationships.
• Monitor and document client engagement activities while ensuring precise CRM records are maintained.
• Identify risks of client dissatisfaction and prepare materials and briefings for executive meetings.
• Address daily operational challenges, including staffing, payroll, scheduling, credentialing, and compliance escalations.
• Ensure accountability across shared services and escalate issues that exceed decision-making authority.
• Advocate for clinicians and assist in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and credentialing processes.
• Observe trends in premium pay, vacancies, reliance on locum tenens, staffing models, and operational risks.
• Provide operational and relational support to Regional Vice Presidents.
• Prepare financial summaries, materials for client meetings, FORC documentation, and monthly financial reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities, develop strategic cross-credentialing plans, and gather market intelligence within assigned client accounts.
• Support various markets based on strategic priorities and needs.
• Hold full P&L responsibility for designated markets and collaborate with clinical, operational, and centralized service delivery leadership.
• A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration, ideally within an anesthesia or physician practice management organization.
• Proven history of managing intricate client relationships and achieving measurable retention or satisfaction outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen: capable of analyzing site-level P&Ls, identifying performance discrepancies, and clearly communicating financial risks.
• Experience in coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding processes in a multi-site healthcare setting.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to establish trust with clinicians, hospital administrators, and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness and capability to travel frequently — an expected 30–50% travel based on market portfolio.
• Practical experience with clinical operations systems, including scheduling platforms (Qgenda preferred), practice management tools (iPro preferred), and CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Experience in supporting or leading new site implementations in a healthcare services context.
• Familiarity with different types of client contractual agreements.
