Clinical Scheduling Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and sustain clinical schedules across various facilities.

• Monitor and manage PTO, LOA, locum, and per diem provider assignments.

• Modify schedules in real time to meet urgent coverage requirements.

• Address scheduling conflicts, coverage shortfalls, and provider scheduling issues.

• Ensure compliance with QGenda scheduling standards, regulations, and provider guidelines.

• Keep precise QGenda data for scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, and reporting purposes.

• Conduct audits on schedules and verify data to correct discrepancies.

• Configure, execute, review, and manage QGenda's AI-driven schedule optimizer.

• Establish and uphold scheduling rules, preferences, priorities, and constraints in collaboration with clinical leadership.

• Assess optimizer outputs and modify schedules prior to publication.

• Enhance QGenda scheduling rules and configurations to boost schedule quality and efficiency.

• Manage QGenda provider profiles, assignments, templates, locations, availability, and system settings.

• Create and sustain QGenda scheduling automations.

• Track QGenda adoption, utilization, optimizer activity, and workflow adherence.

• Assist with QGenda improvements, testing, implementation, and process modifications.

• Provide guidance on QGenda to providers and leadership.

• Review, reconcile, and authorize provider time entries.

• Investigate and resolve timekeeping issues.

• Review and escalate payroll concerns regarding provider hours, PTO, locum coverage, and scheduling activities.

• Aid in operational reporting on schedules, utilization, staffing trends, and timekeeping accuracy.

• Communicate effectively with providers, Clinical Chiefs, operational leadership, and hospital partners.

• Convert clinical and operational needs into QGenda rules, workflows, and automations.

• Build collaborative relationships to enhance scheduling efficiency, provider satisfaction, and dependable clinical coverage.

• Proficient in basic reporting and data analysis tools.

• Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
