This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Engage with practicing physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare-related organizations in the Charlottesville, Virginia territory.
• Provide healthcare professionals with up-to-date information regarding Indivior products and their approved uses.
• Meet territory sales targets, market share objectives, physician visit goals, and program planning requirements.
• Assess and interpret territory performance and keep an updated business plan.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation and reports are submitted accurately and on time.
• Exhibit a clinical understanding of Indivior products and associated disease states.
• Communicate product details in a clear, concise, and accurate manner.
• Organize and plan daily sales call activities to achieve sales targets.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Keep in regular contact with the Area Sales Manager and the sales leadership team.
• Conduct field activities alongside the Area Sales Manager and other Indivior staff.
• Take care of company-issued equipment.
• Participate in overnight sales training sessions.
• Represent Indivior at relevant national and local conferences.
• Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by Sales Leadership.
• A BS/BA degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry with a demonstrated history of success.
• Experience with injectables is preferred.
• Familiarity with selling complex specialty pharmacy/buy and bill products is preferred.
• Previous experience marketing a drug device or technology that necessitated a change in physician protocols is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license must be maintained.
• A strong customer focus with proven teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Ability to connect with key prescribers and decision-makers.
• Excellent selling, persuasive, and presentation skills.
• Strong focused listening abilities.
• A high level of integrity with the ability to ensure compliance in all daily interactions.
