Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Optimize the use of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems.

• Collaborate with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to create sales strategies tailored to the local market.

• Attain clinical expertise in primary operating-room procedures.

• Work alongside senior hospital personnel and key surgeons to implement da Vinci® systems at new client locations.

• Formulate surgical plans to enable surgical teams to use the system independently.

• Enhance system usage by evaluating and selecting suitable cases with surgical teams.

• Broaden the user base and cultivate a qualified lead pipeline with hospital staff and thought leaders.

• Present formal presentations, host informal events, and organize gatherings.

• Transform high-potential leads into training opportunities.

• Market instruments and accessories through new product launches and solution-oriented selling.

• Oversee administrative duties, including reporting on sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and expense documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• At least 4 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.

• Strong sales background, ideally within a surgical device organization.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel and/or be present in the field up to 70%, based on business needs.

• Proficient in both English and French.

• Experience in launching new technologies in the market is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.

• A clinical background to build upon is desirable.
