Clinical Revenue Cycle Associate, PB Focus

📋 Description

• Supervise daily operations related to clinical revenue management and initiatives for charge capture enhancement.

• Utilize technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to assist clients effectively.

• Provide analysis and strategies for process improvement utilizing advanced technological tools.

• Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' revenue cycles.

• Work collaboratively with various tiers of client leadership.

• Offer client-centric solutions during professional services or consulting projects.

• Oversee multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.

• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Cultivate client relationships and assist in identifying business development opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business or a health-related discipline is mandatory.

• 3-5 years of substantial experience in healthcare, emphasizing professional billing, coding, and charging.

• Prior involvement in a professional services or consulting capacity is essential.

• Proficiency in professional revenue cycle management, particularly in coding and charge capture procedures.

• Strong technical expertise in the field of specialization.

• Relevant licenses or certifications are expected, such as CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, or RHIA.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage several projects and direct cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional financial acumen and analytical proficiency.

• Ability to leverage data and analytics tools, such as Excel.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% to client locations as required.

• Experience with professional clinical documentation and EMR systems like Athena or Epic is preferred.

• MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly regarded.

• Experience in CPC, CPPM, CCDS-O, Epic PB Resolute Billing Administration, and charge capture/coding is desirable.
