This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
β’ Provide procedural support and technical expertise within the hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments to physicians, nurses, and staff utilizing Monarch Urology.
β’ Establish and nurture customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and prompt service.
β’ Assist in account development efforts that enhance clinical confidence, boost user competence, and promote the use of systems and disposables.
β’ Aid in product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education programs.
β’ Identify and seize educational opportunities that enhance customer proficiency, procedural efficiency, and clinical adoption.
β’ Collaborate with the Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director on business goals, account strategies, and referral development initiatives.
β’ Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams for inquiries, issue escalation, peer-to-peer review requirements, and timely reporting of complaints or technical issues.
β’ Cultivate expert-level product knowledge and comprehension of kidney stone treatment workflows, customer needs, and procedural best practices.
β’ Maintain professionalism, service quality, and compliance during customer interactions.
β’ Lead and support sales activities at the account level to ensure the availability of products for procedures and promote account growth.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree or medical certification accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
β’ Experience in clinical, medical device technical support, sales, procedural assistance, operating room, or healthcare-related fields.
β’ Preferred experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or another highly technical procedural specialty.
β’ Capability to learn and convey technical and clinical concepts effectively to physicians and clinical staff.
β’ Strong customer service, organizational, and collaboration skills.
β’ Ability to work across all hospital departments and ambulatory surgery center settings, including live patient cases and necessary protective gear.
β’ Compliance with hospital credentialing and customer access requirements.
β’ Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays, up to 90% within the assigned territory.
β’ Possession of a valid driverβs license.
β’ Capability to operate in a regulated environment that adheres to relevant quality and healthcare industry standards.
