This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Offer procedural support and technical assistance to physicians, nurses, and staff utilizing Monarch Urology in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.
• Foster and sustain customer relationships through effective clinical support, training, education, and prompt service.
• Assist in account development initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical confidence, increasing user competence, and promoting the utilization of systems and disposables.
• Support product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training sessions, and educational initiatives for customers.
• Identify and capitalize on educational opportunities to enhance customer proficiency, procedural efficiency, and clinical adoption.
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director to align on business objectives, account strategies, and referral development.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address inquiries, escalate issues, facilitate peer-to-peer reviews, and ensure timely reporting of complaints or technical concerns.
• Acquire expert-level product knowledge and comprehension of kidney stone treatment workflows, customer needs, and procedural best practices.
• Maintain professionalism, service excellence, and compliance during customer interactions.
• Lead and support sales activities at the account level, ensuring products are procured and adequately stocked for procedures and account growth.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree or medical certification with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in clinical settings, medical device technology, sales, procedural support, operating room environments, or healthcare-related fields.
• Preferred experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or other highly technical procedural specialties.
• Capability to learn and articulate technical and clinical concepts effectively to physicians and clinical staff.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work across all hospital departments and ambulatory surgery center environments, including involvement in live patient cases and adherence to necessary protective equipment.
• Compliance with hospital credentialing and customer access requirements.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight trips, up to 90% within the designated territory.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Capability to operate within a regulated environment while adhering to applicable quality and healthcare industry standards.
